April 17, 2008 · 12 Comments

Interactive communications especially web log is one of today’s significant hype. And I am one of Interactive communications especially web log is one of today’s significant hype. And I am one of those patronize blogging. Millions of women and men speak up their minds from fashion to health through online technologies and web hosts. Interestingly, according to surveys, women dominate in blogging.

Last March 2008, as my way of celebrating Women’s Month Celebration, I featured 4 women bloggers in Series #1 My Top 10 Best Women Bloggers with Influence blog entry. And I have featured diversity of powerful women in their own ways. However, I wasn’t able to find the other 6. So I decided to open a new topic in WordPress.com forum. Amazingly, it has called the attention of women bloggers, and many of them shows quality work.

That made me decide to make this a regular blog entry (monthly or twice in a month). The frequency will depend on how the readers will find it useful, or how busy I am.

With no further ado, I introduce to you diversity of influential women in blogosphere:

Sanjida

Netty Gritty. That is Sanjida’s blog talking about her internet mania. She collects information from the internet and displays easy to do, and step-by-step tips and instructions that a beginner blogger like me would find it very useful. Definitely, it is very conducive to blogging. It is definitely recommended. In five words description, I would say, stress-free-blog-for-bloggers.

Bug Girl

She writes about insects, that’s why she writes under Bug Girl’s name. One more thing, she has a PhD in Entomology. She was a decade professor turned into a web designer, forensic consultant, to name a few. But I am telling you, whether you are an insect lover or hater, I am telling you to plunge into the world of blogging bug.

Maryam

She is a Muslim from Ontario, Canada. She writes about whatever she knows about Islam. She is inspired to bring forth the message of understanding of our misunderstood religion to many. By the way, she wrote about Greatest Women of Islam. I thought you should know that to understand how Islam hailed women.

Sulz

She is the person behind BloggerdyGook Blog. Her blog composed of light to medium entries that portrays her real life and self. It is complete honesty and very sweet blog and 101% woman. She’s a chocoholic like me, but that is not the reason why she’s a top blogger for me.

Raincoaster

She’s intriguing, but very significant. I have met her in the forum. She’s quick. She’s approachable. She solves problems in blogging. She is a support, and she blogs top line entries.

Dissfunktional

She blogs on variety of issues, more often, about issues affects women. I thought she has skills on investigative reporting. She is keen to details. She blogs in very entertaining ways. Her blog is all about “Abnormal Or Impaired Functioning, Especially Of A Bodily System Or Social Group.” To explain what does it mean, visit her site.

P.S. They are listed in random orders and you can pick your choices, too. Any ideas of women bloggers you think deserves to be featured? Your suggestions are badly needed. :-)
